Spicemix Technician - METS, Carmona, Cavite(J&F)

Position Overview

Responsible for preparing, blending, and weighing ingredients in the spice mixing operation.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure ingredients and spices are weighed accurately according to established recipes and formulations
  • Implement allergen management practices in the spice mix production area.
  • Adhere to GMP standards and ensure proper cleaning and maintenance of equipment after use, following the Cleaning and Sanitation Checklist.
  • Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team to conduct internal audits and participate in external audits related to the metal detection process.
  • Participate in training programs and maintain knowledge of best practices related to GMP and food safety. 

Education

High school graduate or at least some college education.

Experience

Must have experience in food manufacturing and production.

Skills

Must have a strong body that can lift up to 50 lbs.
