Trade Marketing Assistant - GT (J&F)

Position Overview
Trade Marketing Assistant (TMA) is primarily responsible for managing trade merchandising materials, monitoring inventory, and supporting the deployment, tracking, and retrieval of trade assets such as freezers and booths. This role plays a key part in ensuring proper field execution, documentation, and asset productivity monitoring.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain inventory of merchandising materials, giveaways, and trade assets
- Prepare PRFs and coordinate with internal teams or external vendors for asset deployment and pullout
- Track and report asset productivity in assigned trade areas, identifying underutilized or idle assets
- Support trade visits to validate proper merchandising execution, branding compliance, and asset conditions
- Assist in tracking usage of materials and deployment costs to support within-budget implementation
- Assist in compiling and submitting complete documentation for ADP claims and asset-related reimbursements
- Maintain accurate records of all trade assets and materials (deployed, returned, in-transit, or stored)
- Coordinate replenishment or retrieval of materials in line with trade activation schedules
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Experience
- Preferably has experience in Trade Marketing for General Trade Accounts
- Familiarity with inventory tracking, logistics coordination, or merchandising is an advantage.
Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic inventory management tools
- Willing to travel and conduct regular trade visits for validation and monitoring
- Analytical, reliable, and capable of working independently to meet deadlines and manage field-related tasks
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail
