Storekeeper (J&F)

Position Overview

In charge of maintaining the orderliness and accuracy of stocks inside the warehouse and/or room assigned

Responsibilities

Duties and Responsibilities

•  Monitor and ensure that all raw materials and/or finished goods are located in its assigned bin location

•  Responsible in putting the location of each pallet in Receiving Tally Sheet (RTS) & bin tag

•  Withdrawal of stocks for dispatch based on FIFO/FEFO Policy

•  Ensure that all on-hold and defective stocks on hand are isolated and segregated accordingly

•  Guarantee that all pallets are stored in orderly, accessible, and safe manner

•  Observe and implement proper handling of products based in GMP/GWP standards during receiving

•  Report any irregularity to superior if there’s any, for appropriate action

•  Perform special projects or any assignment that may be assigned from time to time

Education

• High School Graduate or College Level

Experience

Open to fresh graduates; relevant experience in logistics is a plus.

Skills

• Physical strength and ability to lift up to 70 pounds.
• Willing to assign in shifting Schedule.
