R&D Specialist II (J&F)

Position Overview
To set standard qualifications and establish major function of R&D Specialist II under Research and Development Department and to create guidelines to Human Resource Department during pooling of candidates for the position needed.
Responsibilities
New Product Development/ Product Improvement/ Reformulation

Conducts laboratory scale run and/or batch trial runs experiment of the formulation/s provided by Technical Manager and/or R&D Head.

Monitors actual batch trial runs on the assigned new product development or reformulation.

Monitors stability testing of products under developmental stage (Freeze Thaw Freeze Test, pH Monitoring, Sensory Evaluation and Microbiological Testing).

Analyzes data gathered by R&D Specialist I during trial run for establishment of standards.
Education
Bachelor's Degree of Food Technology or any related course like BS Nutrition and Dietetics, BS Biology, with experience of at least 3 years and/or Graduate of High School or non-related college degree but have previous work experience in industry of FMCG especially in field of R&D for at least 10 years
