Position Overview
Responsible for accurately picking, organizing, and consolidating finished goods to ensure all items are complete and properly prepared for trade deliveries.
Responsibilities
- Ensure precise per-case picking and packing of quality products, making sure all items match the details indicated in the picklist and meet the requirements of customer orders.
- Arrange, seal, and properly label all picked orders according to each customer’s specifications, and transfer them to the designated staging area in an organized manner.
- Prepare and submit Incident Reports for any irregularities, concerns, or issues encountered during the picking and packing processes within the warehouse, ensuring proper documentation and follow-through.
- Rebox items with damaged packaging to maintain product quality and assist in the dispatching of goods whenever necessary to support smooth warehouse operations.
- Follow and enforce proper product handling procedures in line with established Quality Assurance and Quality Control standards inside the warehouse (e.g., FSSC, NSF, GWP, etc.) to ensure product integrity at all times.
- Carry out special projects or additional tasks that may be assigned periodically, demonstrating flexibility and support for overall warehouse operations.
Education
High School Graduate or College Level
Experience
Must have at least 1 year of experience in warehousing, but fresh graduates may also be considered
Skills
Physical strength and ability to lift up to 70 pounds.
