Position Overview
Maintenance Technician is responsible for the proper, safe, and efficient operation, maintenance, and repair of production machinery and utility equipment. The role ensures equipment reliability and supports the company's compliance with environmental, health, and safety standards.
Responsibilities

A hands on shift engineer that ensure plant mechanical equipment are in good working condition.

Act as a document controller of the Engineering not limited to create section policies, standard operating procedures, and records management of the department.

Prepares weekly reports for the section accomplishments, challenges and focus of the week.

Execute planned Total productive Maintenance.
Education
- Graduate of an Engineering degree or a two-year Vocational/Technical course with NC II Certification in Welding or a related field.
- Must be a Licensed Mechanical Engineer or a Certified Plant Mechanic.
Experience
- At least one (1) year of relevant work experience as a Maintenance Technician, preferably in the food manufacturing industry.
Skills
- Has excellent interpersonal skills and is able to communicate and coordinate with all levels of employees in the organization
