- Performs operations of a specific machine/s used in production of hotdogs and traditional deli products in accordance with the company standards of producing quality and safe food products.
- Assures the machine functionality and efficiency to ensure products are well produced according to specific standards to achieve company objectives in food quality and safety, volume achievement and product yield targets and programs in response to volume requirements at the most economical cost.
- Reports any product non-conformances and equipment irregularities.
- Performs minor trouble shooting on machine/s handled.
- Coordinates and collaborate with Engineering team to report machine assessments.

Responsibilities
- Conducts pre-operational checking in any machine/s handled to verify completeness of parts, functionality and accuracy of settings. This also includes mid-operations and post operations to ensure performance and avoid future problems that could lead to major downtimes in the production operations.
- Conducts proper dismantling of machine parts and performs lock out and tag out procedure to ensure machine and member’s safety.
- Cleans and sanitizes machines, equipment and implements before start of operations using the cleaning satellites and by performing the 7 steps standard sanitation procedure.
- Ensures proper installation and assembly of all parts after cleaning and sanitizing and before operations to ensure efficiency of machine and member’s safety.
- Checks daily production forecast for awareness in product matrix to be produced to identify requirements and strategies needed to utilize the machine at maximum capacity.
- Prepares all implements and parts that would be needed to suffice continues operations.
- Performs verification of all raw materials to be used such as meat materials, ingredients and packaging materials which includes weight requirement, production codes, other specifications.
- Calibrates any precision instruments needed for the operations.
- Performs verification of colorant for a specific product prior to use.
- Ensures that all standard operating procedures (SOP’s) and work instructions are being followed at all time.
- Provides proper tagging for any raw materials prepared, work in process or cooked products which includes the item descriptions, quantity, batch no. and date produced.
- Performs machine operations according to standard procedures, work instructions, technical and safety requirements.
- Conducts CCP monitoring and verification according to established procedures.
- Monitor and ensures that the internal temperature of products is at standard requirements.
- Conducts sensory evaluation and checks the quality of products coming out of the machines.
- Ensure quality and safety of products produced by timely checking of temperature, texture, weights, salinity and other parameters in processing specifications.
- Trains new and skilled operators/ personnel enabling to adapt in the environment.
- Conducts minute troubleshooting on equipment when the needs arise.
- Reports to Engineering team any equipment abnormalities, major breakdown which leads to downtime.
- Accomplishes and ensures necessary monitoring forms including CCP monitoring forms are filled up completely and accurately according to standard frequency requirements.
- Reports to Assistant Section Head or Section Head updates, daily output, concerns and issues
- Participates in production’s goals towards volume achievement, increase in product yields, increase in productivity, cost savings solutions, reduction in losses/ sweepings.
- Complies with all policies and procedures implemented by the department and company according to the establish code of discipline.
- Complies to Good Manufacturing Practices, Human Safety, Food Safety and Sanitation all the time.

Education
- High School Graduate or College Level
Experience
- Preferably with at least 1-2 years related working experience.
Skills
- Experience in factory or manufacturing production line work
- Experience operating production machinery and equipment
- Experience in product assembly and packaging
- Experience in quality inspection and defect identification
- Experience working in shift-based production schedules
- Food production line operations
- Following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) compliance
- Basic food safety and hygiene practices
