Key Account Specialist (J&F)

Position Overview
Responsible in aligning Company plans with his Customers’ priorities, by ensuring complete execution of sales fundamentals such as distribution, go to market, availability of carried push skus, AR management, Trade Cost Management and all activities related to grow and develop the Key Accounts.
Responsibilities
Duties and responsibilities:
- Implement and ensure excellent execution of sales fundamentals, including 100% availability, visibility and distribution of must carry push skus in his route coverage
- In charge of processing of accurate sales orders and transactions, to adhere to the sales targets and guidelines covering the correct inventory levels set by the company
- Ensures 100% productive buying accounts for the route, in compliance with the set delivery frequency of the stores
- Implements updated and correct List Price and Selling Price across all accounts
- Conducts regular and consistent engagement with head office buyers and key personnel to ensure proper alignment of sales programs, activities and strategies
- Effectively conduct new product buying/presentation to buyers, as well as smooth trade execution of Below the line activities such as but not limited to sampling, price off, planogram execution, merchandising efforts and paid sampling etc.
- Leads the Business Review, Operations Review and regular Business Planning activities in the assigned route coverage
- Recommends off take generating promotional activities, as well as monitoring of near ex items and ensure proper move out of ageing products
- Conducts regular trade check visits in his route, and provide timely and accurate feedback on competitors as well as recommendations to further improve one’s route
- Conducts regular alignment meetings with the merchandisers and coordinators, to provide coaching and guidance in cascading company directions, achieving sales targets and addressing operational concerns
- Exudes high level of credibility and honesty in keeping the company’s time and money, as well as promotes the values of the JVL-FBC Culture towards its designated teams
- Ensures timely and complete collections with a target of 85% current
- Optimizes and manages trade cost spending, and monitor the support within the allowed cost to sales ratio
- Addresses Simple Product/Customer complaints associated with his route
- Monitors and ensures bad order returns are kept at minimum of 2% vs. total SIV
- Build productive and harmonious relationships with both internal and external customers of the company
- May be assigned with special projects/tasks related to the demands of the job.
Education
College graduate of any Business Course
Experience
Preferably with at least 2-3 years related working experience.

Has excellent interpersonal skills and able to communicate and coordinate with all levels of employees in the organization.
Has the ability to work independently but can also work with others in a team environment
