Position Overview
Ensures Modern Trade and Gentrade Sales Team achieve their Sales Target by generating additional volume from Sell-In and Sell-Out efforts without exceeding the total Trade Marketing Budget
Responsibilities
Key Performance Measures:
100% Execution and Performance Achievement vs Targets (100% within budget ideal)
Maximum of 1% excess of the Trade Marketing Budget
* By-Category Sales
* Achievement of Project Targets (New Products/SKUs/New Programs,etc)
* Delivery of Monthly Business Plan
* Forecast Accuracy based on promos and programs
Roles and Responsibilities:
Sell In
Freezer Productivity for GT and MT
Target achievement of number of qualified dealers per DSP (Dealer Incentive, DSP and PG Incentive)
Target achievement of number of stores per chain that should still be profitable
Sell Out
Manpower productivity (Merchandisers, Coordinators, Weekender,Push Sellers, Paid Sampling Specialists, Samplers)
* 100% implementation of national promos and program objective achievement
* Conceptualization and recommendation of localized Below the Line activities

- Align strategy with the GM, NSMs and ASMs and Top Management
- TPA, ADP (Claims and Budget/Funds)
