Position Overview

The HR Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordination with various departments. The role will also handle employee orientation, preparation of employment-related documents, government compliance requirements, maintenance of accurate HR records, and ensuring adherence to labor laws and company policies.

This is a 5-month contractual position focused on supporting the organization’s talent acquisition and HR operations.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and support end-to-end recruitment processes by posting job vacancies on SAP and other recruitment platforms, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Ensure timely fulfillment of hiring requirements by maintaining a 30-day time-to-fill for Rank-and-File and for the Supervisory roles.
  • Conduct background investigations, including verification of two previous employers or two-character references.
  • Validate pre-employment requirements and clearances such as NBI, Police, and Barangay clearances.
  • Prepare and process pre-employment and new hire documentation.
  • Coordinate and facilitate onboarding activities, including new hire orientation and completion of employment documents through SAP and hard-copy submissions.
  • Process and verify employee registrations for government-mandated benefits, including SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and TIN.
  • Maintain accurate, updated, and confidential employee records in compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
  • Prepare and distribute recruitment and onboarding status reports to hiring coaches and stakeholders.
  • Notify and update candidates regarding final interview results, including unsuccessful applicants.
  • Develop, organize, and maintain systematic filing systems for employee records and master lists.
  • Responsible for creating the Company ID for the newly hired members.
  • Perform other HR-related duties and provide administrative support to the HR team as assigned.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Science, Psychology, Human Resource Development/Management, or any business-related field

Experience

  • At least one (1) year of relevant work experience in HR Talent Acquisition
  • Knowledgeable in photo and video editing, with experience in PESO or university partnerships.

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively with employees at all levels of the organization
  • Able to work independently while also collaborating effectively in a team-oriented environment
