Sales Program Specialist - Greater Manila Area (J&F)

Position Overview
Drives overall sales target attainment by increasing volume through Sell-In and Sell-Out initiatives, ensuring alignment with the total Trade Marketing budget
Responsibilities
Development of Programs
- Develop programs as assigned by the ASM and ensure their effective execution.
- Drive the achievement of volume targets associated with each program.
- Coordinate with DS and ASM to review program results and challenges, and recommend appropriate action plans.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities - Understands the appropriate actions to efficiently complete work in alignment with the company’s strategies and plans.
- Collaborates with internal and external teams, consistently identifying and acting on opportunities to strengthen customer relationships and drive mutual success.

Trade Functions - Ensure 100% trade execution for selected General Trade (GT) accounts.
- Maintain flawless in-outlet execution, including availability of focus SKUs, share of shelf, product positioning, pricing, new product launches, merchandising material placement, and national and local promotions to drive AVIS improvements.
Account Development - Coordinate, plan, and implement programs and activities with the Area Sales Manager to increase GT account sales volume.
- Support assigned GT accounts in managing and growing sales by providing business consulting.
- Regularly coordinate and network with the GT team, attending meetings as needed for effective account management.
- Review, analyze, and strategize on SKU must-carry and new product launches to achieve the company’s AVIS sales objectives.
- Plan and execute GT account marketing activities, as applicable.
Education
College graduate with strong communication and analytical skills
Experience
Strong background in sales, with hands-on experience in designing and managing programs for a particular area.
Skills
Completed training in customer service management, negotiation and persuasive selling, problem-solving and decision-making, as well as manual transmission driving.
