Position Overview
The distributor's responsibilities include negotiating with vendors and suppliers, inspecting and receiving goods, conducting market research, and updating records.
Responsibilities
Manages General Trade Outlet in his/her reponsibility
- Coordinates with ADP OM/Supervisor in identifying Salesmen and for Skills and; Capability Development.
- Conduct classroom Modular Skills Training for the identified Salesmen
- Coaches identified Salesmen in the actual execution of skills acquired during Modular Training through Route Riding.
- Apply Tell, Show, Drill, Execute and; Monitor process during the Route Riding
- Assists salesman in the proper documentation and right record keeping
Manages Trade Execution and Trade Assets
- Responsible for 100% Trade Execution for General Trade Accounts ensure perfect in-outlet execution, Store Must Carry SKU's Share of Shelves, SKU Blocking, Product Positioning, Pricing, New Product Launch and Merchandising Materials placement and National and Local Promotion for AVIS improvement
- Tracks productivity of deployed Trade Assets. Like Freezers, Paid Sampling Booth, etc.
Development of Account
- Coordinates, plans and executes programs and; activities designed to increase General Trade Accounts sales volume performance with Area Sales.
- Assists assigned General Trade Accounts in managing and increasing sales as a business consultant
- Conduct business review monthly with top 10 General Trade Accounts with the ASM, if applicable
- Regularly coordinates, networks and attends meeting (if needed) with the General Trade Team on matters concerning General Trade account management.
- Review, analyzes and strategizes on SKU must-carry and new product launch to achieve Frabelle sales objective on AVIS
- Plans and execute General Trade accounts marketing activities, if applicable
Outlet Management
- Reviews and do analyses on operational issues and opportunities in his/her General Trade Accounts and plan for strategic development program per store to increase sale and profitability
- Coordinate with and manages the salesman/mechandiser/push girl concerned to ensure perfect in-outlet execution, Store Must Carry SKU's,Share of Shelves, SKU blocking, Product Positioning, Pricing, New Product Launch and Merchandising Materials placement for AVIS improvement
- Collaborates with customer's store manager/buyer to ensure perfect in-outlet execution (merchandising planogram and; promotions)
- Engages and seeks approval with the Store Manager/buyer on identified opportunities in the selling area
- Communicate with salesman, Merchandiser and; Push Girl execute the approved identified opportunities store sales
- Coordinate and Suggests to buyer through the salesman for P.O. and delivery for stock replenishment to maintain prescribed inventory levels per store using the Inventory Control Objective process
Education
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Marketing or equivalent.
