Production Reporter – 2nd Shift

Position Overview
The responsibilities of this position are, but not limited to communicating production data in order to have the highest impact on customer success. The Production Reporter will also act as a liaison between production and scheduling.
- Enter production usage data in SAP software according to deadlines given
- Work with production members to resolve disparities in actual usage stated from production and standard usage called for in the bill of materials
- Update plant metric scorecards for daily results
- Communicate production data in order to have the highest impact on customer success
- Maintain material usage in SAP software
- Create process orders, identify discrepancies, and follow-up on corrections
- Complete month end reconciliation
- Proactively communicate manufacturing variances between production and finance
- Cross train with administrative functions including materials management, inventory, and timekeeping
- Perform SSR Billing through SAP
- Serve as a backup to the Timekeeping/Receptionist position
- Other administrative tasks or project work as needed
Education:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Associate’s degree in Accounting/Finance or a related field preferred
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of production experience or equivalent preferred
- Previous payroll/Timekeeping experience preferred
Skills and Competencies:
- Kronos Software experience preferred
- Bilingual – English/Spanish preferred
- Ability to maintain professional confidentiality
- Consistent, detailed, organized work style
- Self-drive and the ability to work independently
- Word and Excel Software experience
- SAP Software experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
- Excellent attendance is required
- Flexibility and commitment to working weekends as production demands
- Flexibility of schedule as production demands
- Willingness to support multiple teams
