    Andy has been a Packaging Engineer with Johnsonville since 2021. He takes pride in seeing the products he's worked on displayed on store shelves and is happy to see friends and family enjoying them. He notes one of his favorite parts about working at Johnsonville is our culture and the company's investment in members' growth and knowledge. Compensation

    Competitive Pay & Market-Leading Bonuses
    Our pay ranges are competitive, and Johnsonville Members also enjoy an amazing monthly bonus program called Great Performance Share (GPS). Through the GPS program, all part-time and full-time Johnsonville Members are eligible to receive a monthly bonus, based on their personal performance and the performance and profitability of the company.
