Compensation

    Competitive Pay & Market-Leading Bonuses
    Our pay ranges are competitive, and Johnsonville Members also enjoy an amazing monthly bonus program called Great Performance Share (GPS). Through the GPS program, all part-time and full-time Johnsonville Members are eligible to receive a monthly bonus, based on their personal performance and the performance and profitability of the company.

    We encourage Members to volunteer in their communities and even offer some Paid Service Time Off to do so.

  • Our Sheboygan Falls campus includes a 15,000-square-foot on-site fitness center, free for Members and families
