Sr. Organizational Development Manager
Position Overview:
The Sr. Organizational Development Manager will be responsible for designing, implementing and managing initiatives that foster a positive and engaging culture for all members. You will collaborate with cross-functional partners to develop and execute programs that enhance member engagement and strengthen overall member retention. You will develop, implement and administer programs that evaluate, measure, enhance and improve member performance across Johnsonville.
Responsibilities:
- Design global strategies to reinforce culture objectives and align workforce behaviors, processes and practices to the vision, mission, and values to reduce turnover, increase productivity and enhance Johnsonville’s member experience
- Lead the design of performance management strategies and processes that measure outcomes, identify areas for improvement and align teams to organizational goals
- Own the Voice of Member survey strategy from development, administration, execution and follow-up.
- Work with the Member Services and Organizational Learning team leaders to embed Johnsonville Values into all aspects of a member’s lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, change management, learning, total rewards and off-boarding to ensure alignment with our culture and values
- Develop internal communications for Culture & Engagement ensuring members know where and how to find information about events and programing
- Consult with Member Services to guide the utilization, development or hiring of members
- Measure the impact of coaching on staff performance, efficiency, member retention and job satisfaction
- Identify appropriate assessments to hire top talent and create a process to utilize the assessment to support team development
- Be a role model of the Johnsonville Way while facilitating the Johnsonville Way course and New Member Orientation
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field required (e.g., Business Administration, Organizational Leadership, Organizational Development, Human Resources); MBA or Master’s in Organizational Development or related field is preferred
Experience:
- Minimum of 7 years of organizational development and human performance consulting experience in an adult learning environment; or business leadership experience with a proven track record of making a positive impact on the learning culture of an organization
- International Coaching Federation (ICF) coaching certification preferred
- Experience with employee experience, culture work and employee engagement strategies preferred
- Experience implementing solutions globally and multi-culturally preferred
Skills and Competencies:
- Strong consultative, relationship building, interpersonal and influence skills in dealing with all levels of leadership with the goal of meeting business needs
- Passionate about creating a vibrant and inclusive workplace culture
- Ability to strategically develop and tactically execute a wide range of cultural initiatives that enhance member satisfaction, engagement, and well-being
- Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing, and experience collaborating across an organization, including with members of senior leadership
- Excellent project management skills, including ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously with a strong attention to detail
- Familiar with best practices in talent development and performance management

(Our office is about an hour north of Milwaukee)
