Sr. Finance Manager – Global Cost Transformation

 

Position Overview: Johnsonville, LLC, a strong, high-growth company, has an excellent opportunity for a driven leader to join us as Sr. Finance Manager – Global Cost Transformation.  The successful candidate will play a key role and be looked to by the End to End (E2E) Supply Chain team as a key business partner driving consistent, accurate, and insightful financial analytics across our enterprise.  Additionally, you will play a key leadership role in E2E Supply Chain Finance, creating a roadmap to successfully integrate people, processes and technology across entities.  Coaching and developing others to be strong catalysts for operational excellence and continuous improvement is an essential part of this role.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with IBU and Salm Finance to establish a global framework for cost reporting, analysis, and overall methodology that drives clear business reporting and meaningful analysis across geographies, customers and products
  • Understand current state and create a roadmap for transformation across people, process and technology to achieve that global framework
  • Be a Change Leader.  Partner with E2E Supply Chain, IT and Business teams to implement that roadmap and drive clear initiatives, ultimately driving a high rate of adoption.
  • Develop a global forecasting and reporting process for Cost of Sales that aligns with E2E Supply Chain and Business Unit goals and timelines
  • Partner with IT to ensure past and future acquisitions are integrated into SAP in a way that drives the business but allows for standardized reporting
  • Partner with Global End to End Supply Chain and Business Unit leaders to deliver on key initiatives in the long range Strategic Plan.
  • Champion Integrated Business Planning methodology across the Global E2E Supply Chain teams
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships at all levels of the organization
  • Continuously learn the business including competitive landscape and operational strategies as you work with members across functions and business units
  • Participate on various project teams as needed

 

Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in accounting or finance required

 

Experience:

  • Seven or more (7+) years of accounting and finance experience required; experience in strong finance business partnering cross-functionally in an international environment preferred
  • Strong systems background – ability to connect business needs to system and process.  Knowledge of SAP including Business Planning and Consolidation tools and Power BI preferred
  • Experience and passion for creating a vision of the future through leading, coaching and mentoring others

 

Skills:

  • Demonstrated SAP technical skills, ability to model complex Bills of Materials and Production Processes
  • Outstanding financial modeling and analytical skills, with demonstrated results in leveraging information systems
  • Ability and background of aligning business needs with business systems
  • Experience in working cross-functionally to implement business process changes to obtain clear, consistent reporting outputs
  • Demonstrated track record of strong critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
  • Self-starter with a keen awareness of customer needs and action orientation
  • Proven ability to collaborate with functional and cross-functional teams to drive for superlative performance
  • Consistent professional growth; advancement potential and desire
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills

Location:                          Global Headquarters, Sheboygan, WI  (Our office is about an hour north of Milwaukee)

Member Status:                Full Time, Salaried

Travel:                               International travel required  

Expect to travel up to 20% per year, but this could be 50% of any given month as trips to Asia are typically 2 weeks in duration
