Members of our Human Resources team (referred to at Johnsonville as “Member Services”), along with those in learning and culture, office support, and administrative assistant roles—including executive assistants and other key support functions—play a vital part in both big-picture strategy and day-to-day operations. These teams are responsible for recruiting, developing, and supporting a talented and diverse workforce, as well as shaping our culture through programs focused on learning, growth, and engagement. From coordinating executive calendars and supporting effective meetings to designing impactful development programs and negotiating vendor contracts, their contributions are essential to helping the organization achieve its goals.
Senior Recruiter
Position Overview:
As a Senior Recruiter at Johnsonville, you’ll play a pivotal role in attracting senior-level and hard-to-fill talent across geographies. You’ll shape inclusive hiring strategies, source transformational leaders, and deliver a positive, seamless experience for both candidates and hiring teams.
This role requires agility, confidence, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of diverse talent markets. By partnering with leaders across the enterprise, from Supply Chain and Operations to Commercial, R&D, and Corporate Functions (Finance, IT, etc.) you’ll provide innovative talent solutions that fuel Johnsonville’s growth and embody the Johnsonville Way.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the full-cycle recruitment process for senior-level roles across the enterprise
- Deliver a best-in-class candidate experience that reflects our culture and values
- Partner directly with leaders to understand talent needs and build scalable sourcing strategies
- Proactively source and build pipelines of high-caliber talent across key markets
- Balance multiple searches and stakeholders while staying organized and meeting hiring goals and timelines
- Ensure compliance with hiring standards and maintain data integrity across systems
- Provide talent market insights and guide leaders as a strategic partner in hiring decisions
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree required
Experience:
- 5+ years of corporate recruiting experience, with proven success filling senior-level roles across multiple functions required
- Expertise in sourcing and interviewing, required
- Recruiting experience within CPG, food or manufacturing strongly preferred
- Skilled with ATS platforms, Microsoft Office Suite, LinkedIn Recruiter, and related tools required
