Rotational Career Development Program – Operations Team

 

Position Overview:

Johnsonville is a leading food manufacturing company with multiple manufacturing facilities across various locations. As a member of our Rotational Career Development Program, you will break boundaries by developing and leveraging competencies from a variety of cross-functional experiences across Johnsonville operations team. This rare opportunity allows you to test drive the right career path for you and establish yourself as a future leader at Johnsonville. The E2E Operations Team will be vested in your engagement and development.

 

While this program is tailored to the member, generally, you will complete 5 rotations over a 24-month period, being exposed to a variety of experiences within cross-functional areas of focus. Some potential rotations include Sourcing, Supply Chain, Manufacturing including Harvest, FSQ, Maintenance, Reliability, Engineering, or other possible areas.

 

Each rotation offers robust assignments highlighting the functional areas’ value and impact across Johnsonville. During the program, you will complete a Lean Six Sigma certification. 

 

At the successful conclusion of the career development program, participants will be placed in a Johnsonville role based on the participant’s strengths and the needs of the business.

 

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree completed by Spring 2026 required

 

Experience:

  • Proven track record of delivering results
  • Prior leadership experience preferred

  • Collaborative and applies a global mindset – can deliver strong results in close partnership with others across work areas, functions and geographies; can interact with integrity with all levels of customers and members

Other Requirements:

  • Ability to travel and willingness to relocate is required
  • 3.0 GPA or higher preferred
  • Must be at least 18 years old

                                           (Our office is about an hour north of Milwaukee)

Member Status:              Full Time, Salaried

Travel:                               About 15-20% of your time
