Machine Operator

1st Shift

Pay Range: $26.00/hr - $27.20/hr + $2.00 Weekend Premium

Hours: 4:00am – 4:30pm, Friday – Sunday (Overtime as production demands)

Responsibilities:

• Identify products by code and enter the information into the VRT computers
• Responsible for ensuring the proper operation of the Robot, conveyor systems, palletizing  and pallet wrapping systems
• Work directly with the Intec Support Members
• Monitor the status of products in the VRT
• Identify and resolve potential problems
• Protect the quality of product by moving product out of the palletizing area during slow production or downtime
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment at all times
• Ability to train on both 1st and 2nd shift during the week until April 6th.

Experience:

• Forklift and scissors lift experience required.

Qualifications:

• Responsible and dependable for work completion
• Team player
• Background in shipping, inventory control and production a plus
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Good problem solving and decision-making skills
• Computer experience with Windows required
• Must be able to see and hear warning devices
• Able to monitor case quantities, troubleshoot error messages and any other necessary adjustments on the VRT
• Able to work in temperature ranging from +60°F (inside VRT Control Room) to 28°F (with provided clothing accommodations)
• Ability to perform minor maintenance
• Based on business necessity, must be proficient in English.

• Ability to pass a pre-employment, post offer drug screen, physical and background check
