Finance Manager – E2E Supply Chain

 

Position Overview: Johnsonville, LLC, a strong, high-growth company, has an excellent opportunity for a driven leader to join us as Finance Manager – E2E Supply Chain.  The successful candidate will play a key leadership role and be looked to by the E2E Supply Chain as the key business partner driving consistent, accurate, and insightful financial analytics across our network.  Additionally, you will play a key leadership role in SPARK, Johnsonville’s global cost transformation initiative.  Coaching and developing other analysts to be strong catalysts for operational excellence and continuous improvement is an essential part of this role.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Sourcing, Supply Chain, and SPARK leaders to deliver the long range strategic plan by identifying actionable insights, recommendations, and contingencies plans
  • Champion Integrated Business Planning methodology across the E2E Supply Chain teams
  • Provide leadership, coaching and oversight for Sourcing, Supply Chain, and SPARK performance reporting, profitability analysis, business planning, and strategic decision support/analysis, including support on key cost reduction initiatives
  • Develop and coach several cost analysts with an ability to critically evaluate business opportunities, have the skills to simplify communication of key insights and a passion to be a catalyst in driving value
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships at all levels of the organization
  • Continuously learn the business including competitive landscape and operational strategies as you work with members across functions
  • Organize and optimize the systematic forecasting of our costs for operational forecasts/targets and the annual standard-setting process
  • Lead the forecasting and target setting processes for meat, materials, transportation, logistics, and E2E overhead, including annual standard cost evaluations and maintenance
  • Participate on various project teams as needed

 

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance required
  • Certified Management Accountant (CMA) certification preferred

 

Experience:

  • Seven or more (7+) years of accounting and finance experience required; manufacturing cost experience strongly preferred
  • Strong systems background – knowledge of SAP including Business Planning and Consolidation tools and Power BI preferred
  • Experience and passion for leading, coaching and mentoring
