Members of our Human Resources team (referred to at Johnsonville as “Member Services”), along with those in learning and culture, office support, and administrative assistant roles—including executive assistants and other key support functions—play a vital part in both big-picture strategy and day-to-day operations. These teams are responsible for recruiting, developing, and supporting a talented and diverse workforce, as well as shaping our culture through programs focused on learning, growth, and engagement. From coordinating executive calendars and supporting effective meetings to designing impactful development programs and negotiating vendor contracts, their contributions are essential to helping the organization achieve its goals.

Position Overview

Responsibilities:

  • Be the ultimate problem-solver and time manager by providing top-notch, confidential support to your executive team.
  • Bring order to chaos by scheduling and organizing complex meetings that run smoothly and efficiently.
  • Coordinate sophisticated travel plans, including international trips across multiple time zones, ensuring stress-free journeys for your executives.
  • Plan and coordinate the ultimate multi-day event for the International Business Unit, complete with meaningful meetings, team-building adventures, and social activities that bring the team together, celebrate successes, and build for the future. Ensure that every detail is considered and team members are well taken care of throughout their visit.
  • Design impeccable schedules that resolve conflicts in advance, highlight key events, and make the most of your executive team’s valuable time.
  • Turn challenges into opportunities by using your project management skills to spearhead or assist with meaningful projects.
  • Be the go-to expense report wizard by managing receipts and reporting with precision and ease.
  • Unleash your creativity by crafting polished presentations, charts, and materials that shine in every situation.
  • Champion the organization’s values—trust, respect, integrity, and caring—through every interaction and task you take on.
  • Adapt and conquer by stepping in wherever your executives need you, ensuring the smooth operation of their day-to-day activities.
  • Collaborate with the Administrative Team as needed, supporting a culture of teamwork and excellence.

 

Education:

  • Associate degree preferred

 

Experience:

  • Minimum of five years of administrative or executive assistant experience, or equivalent high-level administrative expertise in a professional environment required
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications required

 

Skills and Competencies:

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities
  • Strong organizational and planning skills with proven success in managing complex schedules and priorities
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Demonstrated aptitude for handling highly sensitive and confidential information while exercising professionalism and discretion
  • Ability to establish and maintain positive, trustworthy relationships with diverse individuals and teams
  • Expertise in managing multiple projects, tasks, and deadlines simultaneously
