You will work closely with internal partners, customers and vendors to provide a seamless and hassle-free supply chain. Operations and Supply Chain Leadership Development Program

 

Position Overview:

As a member of our Leadership (Rotational Career) Development Program, you will break boundaries by developing and leveraging competencies from a variety of cross-functional experiences. This rare opportunity allows you to test drive the right career path for you and establish yourself as a future leader at Johnsonville. The Operations and Supply Chain teams will be vested in your engagement and development. 

 

This non-traditional program is specifically designed to provide you with the experiences and tools needed to successfully grow within our culture, ultimately preparing you for future leadership roles at Johnsonville.

 

While this program is tailored to the member, generally, you will complete 5 rotations over a 24-month period, being exposed to a variety of experiences within cross-functional areas of focus.  Some potential rotations include Sourcing, Supply Chain, Manufacturing including Harvest, FSQ, Engineering, or other possible areas.

 

Each rotation offers robust assignments highlighting the functional areas’ value and impact across Johnsonville. Within the Manufacturing rotation, you will earn a Six Sigma Green Belt certification by completing a Green Belt project within your assigned facility. 

 

At the successful conclusion of the career development program, participants will be placed in a Johnsonville role based on the participant’s strengths and the needs of the business.

 

Education:

  • Bachelors degree preferred; willingness/ability to pursue a Bachelors degree is required

 

Experience:

  • Proven track record of delivering results
  • Prior leadership experience preferred
  • Ability to travel and willingness to relocate is required
