Since its founding in 2004 by four brothers with a shared vision, Salm Partners has grown into a leading force in the U.S. sausage and hot dog industry. What began as a family-driven pursuit of quality and innovation has grown into a high-performing organization that now produces 15 percent of the fully cooked sausage in the United States.
