Position Overview

Responsibilities

  • Attend to customer requests via phone, email, and other channels.
  • Provide information on product availability and pricing.
  • Coordinate with the sales team and production for build-to-order items.
  • Manage export orders, including coordination with the warehouse and ensuring last-mile delivery to customers.
  • Support office administrative tasks such as filing of invoices and updating pricing in system.
  • Enter orders and update records using SAP and other relevant information systems.
  • Monitor product availability and work with the sales team for product allocation in case of shortages.
  • Collaborate with various teams to ensure timely and accurate processing of customer orders.
