Position Overview

Pay Range: $31.18/hr - $36.80/hr + $1.50 Shift Premium 
Hours: 2:30pm – 11:30pm; Monday-Friday (Overtime as production demands) 

Responsibilities

•    Coach Members to deliver continuous improvement in the areas of safety, food safety/quality, cost of goods manufactured, customer service, Member development and BPTW.
•    Learn and understand the COEX Operations of Meadowside; train and coach Members on the process and provide rotation and break support to Members.  Responsible for the performance, productivity and efficient utilization of resources.
•    Create an environment that ensures Member involvement and implementation of programs, ideas, and guidelines that ensure fairness to all Members and improve Member morale and work life.
•    Ensure appropriate Coaches/Members are kept informed of all problems, issues, and events that could affect safety, food safety/quality, cost, customer service, Member development and BPTW.
•    Ensure a safe, helpful, Team atmosphere, which promotes continuous improvement among team Members.
•    Participate/facilitate in daily Tailgate meetings
•    Participate in projects
•    Be responsible for the crewing and scheduling of members as well as verifying timecards for accuracy
•    Responsible for full COEX line, including stuffing, ovens, and packaging
•    Lead other areas on campus when necessary.

•    A minimum of 1 - 2 years of experience in a food manufacturing environment, preferably in USDA facilities is preferred.
•    Must be able to communicate and demonstrate teamwork performance to maintain World Class Results.
•    Create a Personal Development Commitment (PDC) to help you achieve future development goals.
•    Experience scheduling Members to meet production and the Member’s needs preferred
•    Experience performing annual Member performance reviews preferred
•    Ability to properly use computer programs such as SAP, Excel, Access, Kronos, etc.
•    Demonstrate experience setting KPI goals and reporting out on KPI results. 
•    Based on business necessity, must be proficient in English.
