    Amber began her Johnsonville career as a college intern and returned in a full-time rotational role after graduation. Competitive Pay & Market-Leading Bonuses
Our pay ranges are competitive, and Johnsonville Members also enjoy an amazing monthly bonus program called Great Performance Share (GPS). Through the GPS program, all part-time and full-time Johnsonville Members are eligible to receive a monthly bonus, based on their personal performance and the performance and profitability of the company.

In addition, the Company supports many other local and national programs, including the United Way and the Boys & Girls Clubs of America.

We encourage Members to volunteer in their communities and even offer some Paid Service Time Off to do so.
