As a member of our sales team, you’ll work closely with Johnsonville’s marketing and category management teams to develop and deliver consumer insights and category reviews that help our customers succeed. You’ll also work with our broker partners to ensure sales strategies are fully and effectively executed, from headquarters to retail stores.
Position Overview
Johnsonville LLC is a strong, high-growth company with top-quality products. As a Regional Manager – Convenience Store, you will deliver success by leading the sales strategy for profitable growth of our Top 100 retailers in the Region. You will have the opportunity to develop and expand customer relationships; execute against our strategy on the roller grill and across the store; be the category leader for your customers with industry insights, operational expertise, and creative marketing solutions that drive growth.
Responsibilities
- Drive growth by expanding partnerships with targeted Top 100 retailers (e.g., Maverik, Extra Mile, Kwik Trip, Casey’s, Jackson’s) across the West/Central Region of the US.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, implementing action plans to deepen engagement and strengthen customer partnerships.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans that align with both customer objectives and organizational goals.
- Utilize customer P&L to achieve volume, revenue, and profitability targets.
- Deliver best-in-class store-level execution with retail partners to maximize sales and minimize waste.
- Identify and develop growth opportunities with mid-tier retailers and distributors within the West Region.
- Effectively lead and optimize broker network performance to achieve mid-tier and distributor growth objectives.
- Oversee regional budgets for volume, net sales, trade, and T&E.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Innovation, Finance, Demand Planning, and Customer Service teams to drive results.
- Focus on initiatives that deliver the Highest Impact on Customer Success (HICS).
- Champion Johnsonville culture by living and leading the Johnsonville Way in all interactions and decisions.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree required
Experience
- Minimum of 5 years of industry sales experience required
- Convenience Store Foodservice industry experience strongly preferred
Skills
- Expertise in strategic and tactical business planning
- Demonstrated experience with P&L management
- Skilled in strategic questioning to uncover customer priorities and exceed customer goals
- Proven leadership and collaboration skills
- Strong negotiation capabilities
- Strong problem-solving skills with a results-driven approach
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships across all customer levels
- Marketing experience with a track record of developing and executing customer programs
- Exceptional presentation, verbal, and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

- Travel: Approximately 35-50% of your time
Benefits and Compensation
Annual Base Salary: $109,662 - $142,462
Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
