Members of the project & change management team partner with others throughout the business to effectively and efficiently execute key projects and implement changes within the organization. Members of this team bring the organization and leadership skills needed to successfully move projects forward and ensure appropriate audiences are aware, involved and equipped to implement changes.

Position Overview

The Project and Change Manager will enable the successful execution of Johnsonville's enterprise strategy and goals. This role will collaborate with business owners, sponsors, stakeholders and cross functional teams to create and maintain project and change plans that deliver projects in scope, within budget, on time, and meet member adoption targets.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with business owners and core teams to enable successful execution of Johnsonville's strategic projects and goals
  • Manage all aspects of a project including scope, budget, resources, RAID log, integrated project and change timeline, status reporting, member adoption and success metrics
  • Maintain real time project information and updates (Microsoft Projects, Teams, etc.)
  • Facilitate sponsor, stakeholder, core team and sprint meetings; ensure timely issue resolution, risk mitigation and decision making
  • Support and engage business owners, sponsors and stakeholders to ensure projects are taking actions to realize success metrics
  • Lead impacted group and risk assessments to determine level of change management needed for a project
  • Apply the Prosci framework to create change plans leveraging change management processes and tools
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships and communications with business owners, sponsors and cross functional team members
  • Be a catalyst to help educate others and continually look for ways to improve and drive efficiencies in project and change management methodologies, best practices and processes

Education

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required

Experience

  • Experience and knowledge of project and change methodologies, tools, best practices and processes preferred
  • Prosci Change Practitioner Certification a plus
  • PMP or CAPM Certification a plus

Skills

  • Capability to lead multiple projects in parallel
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to think strategically and align plans to company strategy and priorities
  • Demonstrated record of strong critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
  • Ability to build relationships and influence others

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Travel: Minimal
