Members of the project & change management team partner with others throughout the business to effectively and efficiently execute key projects and implement changes within the organization. Members of this team bring the organization and leadership skills needed to successfully move projects forward and ensure appropriate audiences are aware, involved and equipped to implement changes.

Position Overview

SPARK (Superlative Performance Aligning Resources and Knowledge) is Johnsonville’s enterprise productivity and transformation program. As a SPARK Business Transformation Analyst, you will support identification, analysis, and execution of productivity and cost improvement opportunities across the enterprise. This role blends business analysis, process improvement and change enablement to help Johnsonville unlock value at scale. Successful candidates will be highly collaborative and have a strong desire and curiosity to learn our business.

Responsibilities

•    Identify, scope, and structure new SPARK productivity and transformation opportunities globally; define problem statements, objectives, success measures, and stakeholder alignment
•    Develop and maintain an enterprise-wide intake, prioritization, and pipeline management process to capture, evaluate, and mature ideas into executable initiatives
•    Plan and facilitate discovery and requirements workshops (process, policy, data, technology) to surface insights, align stakeholders, and translate needs into actionable work
•    Develop options analyses and business cases (value, cost, feasibility, risk) and translate recommendations into clear project charters, roadmaps, and deliverables
•    Quantify, baseline, and track benefits (cost, capacity, service, complexity reduction) in partnership with Finance; support benefits realization reporting and variance explanations
•    Provide SPARK program analytics and governance support (pipeline health, milestone tracking, KPI dashboards, decision logs) and recommend improvements to the operating model
•    Perform overall SPARK Program analysis to identify and close gaps and create focal points for improvement
•    Facilitate and lead teams
•    Partner with project and program managers to support planning, execution, and delivery of key initiatives 

Education

•    Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Finance, Analytics, or related field

Experience

•    5+ years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, operations, finance or consulting
•    Manufacturing or CPG experience preferred
•    Experience supporting enterprise transformation initiatives
•    Exposure to change management or benefits tracking
•    Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement training or certification

Skills

•    Strong analytical, structured problem solving and critical thinking skills
•    Ability to map processes and synthesize insights
•    Proficiency with Excel; data visualization tools a plus
•    Clear communicator - able to translate complex ideas
•    Ability to facilitate and lead teams
•    Comfort working in ambiguity and across functions
•    Curiosity and passion for continuous improvement and measurable outcomes
