Members of the project & change management team partner with others throughout the business to effectively and efficiently execute key projects and implement changes within the organization. Members of this team bring the organization and leadership skills needed to successfully move projects forward and ensure appropriate audiences are aware, involved and equipped to implement changes.

Position Overview

Johnsonville, LLC, a strong, high-growth company, has an excellent opportunity for an outstanding individual to join us as a Business Process Analyst on the Strategy and Execution team.  This role is responsible for driving process excellence and supporting strategic initiatives by working closely with program managers, stakeholders, and technical teams. The emphasis is on documenting, analyzing, and designing processes that enable successful project execution and strategic outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business end to end process
  • Facilitate workshops sessions to gather requirements and document "as-is" and "to-be" process flows utilizing tools like Visio, etc.
  • Develop process maps, workflows, and documentation to support clarity and alignment
  • Analyze existing business processes to identify inefficiencies, gaps, bottlenecks, redundancies and opportunities for improvement
  • Partner with project and program managers to support planning, execution, and delivery of key initiatives
  • Prioritize future state changes and improvements
  • Monitor and evaluate the impact of suggested changes
  • Develop and maintain KPIs to track process performance and project outcomes
  • Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with governance standards
  • Lead the development and maintenance of process documentation and SOP’s that support the execution process

Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required

Experience

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in business analysis, preferably in a manufacturing environment, preferred
  • Lean Six Sigma certification or similar process improvement training, certifications like CBAP, Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt are a plus
  • Proven experience in process mapping and modeling techniques required

Skills

  • Excellent communication, facilitation and organizational skills
  • Capability to lead multiple projects in parallel
  • Ability to think strategically and align plans to company strategy and priorities
  • Demonstrated record of strong critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
  • Ability to visualize complex workflows and translate processes into plain language
  • Ability to build relationships and influence others

Other Requirements

  • Travel: Not a ton, less than 10% of your time
