Position Overview
This role is responsible for assisting Warehouse Pulau Indah in administration works and daily operations.
Responsibilities
- To assists confirm all Pick Lists in Pulau Indah Warehouse.
- To create GRN for Interco Product and from Suppliers.
- To receive transfer of finished goods and raw material.
- To find pick list number in SAP system and print out.
- To transfer raw material to Production in SAP system.
- To monitor SAP system during confirms pick list (check physicqal tally with SAP system).
- To print out all Sales Order and allocate accordingly to schedule given.
- To print out delivery order.
- To monitor and key in staff overtime.
- To do clerical work at Warhouse.
- To assist in preparation raw material to Production.
- To follow all company policies and procedures.
- To perform any other assigned duties from time to time.
Education
Minimum Malaysian Certificate of Education (SPM) or equivalent in a related field.
Experience
Satisfactory working experience in clerical works.
Skills
- Computer application - MS Office & SAP system.
- Time management.
- Knowledge in store operation.
- Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practice and Hygiene.
- Good communication.
- Good understanding of filing system and procedures.
Other Requirements
- Ability to work collaboratively with all levels.
- Ability to deliver effective feedback, both written and verbal.
- Computer literate.
