Position Overview
This role is responsible for data entry of finished product transactions in the SAP system, as well as providing office support to the department, including maintaining and updating records.
Responsibilities
- To be responsible for completing data entry for finished products transaction by using specified function in SAP system.
- To issued materials using FIFO or FEFO system.
- To issued weight product output for each PO issuance (Prod DM, Cook and Inter Kitchen).
- To complete stage count, back flush update, close stage and final job close accordingly.
- To issue corrects batch number of finished products.
- To be responsible for completing transactions in the SAP system related to Finished Goods.
- To complete Warehouse Transfers from Production (P1 and P3) to Warehouse 97/98.
- To alert on any discrepancies during completing jobs and to inform superior.
- To highlight any issue related to job completion which can disrupt or delay the process to the superior and related person in charge.
- To be responsible for being involved in stock count process on monthly basis.
- To assist in Mock Recall activity as and when required.
- To be responsible to maintain of proper control for filing system, records and documents.
- To be responsible for updating daily data related for PO issuance in MDI tier 3.
- To backup the other section in absence of Data Entry personnel.
- To perform any other assigned duties from time to time by the immediate superior or Head of Department.
Education
Minimum Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) or equivalents.
Experience
Satisfactory working experience in clerical work.
Skills
- Computer application – MS Office & SAP System.
- Good understanding of filing system and procedure.
- Good communication skills.
- Analytical skills.

Salary Range: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00
